By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ScoreBabu (the "App", "Service", or "Platform"), provided by FiveOne Digital ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using ScoreBabu immediately.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access cloud synchronization, tournament features, and paid subscriptions, you must register an account using your phone number or authorized single sign-on provider.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and OTP codes.
- You must notify us immediately at support@scorebabu.com upon suspecting unauthorized account access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or impersonate other sports entities.
3. Cricket Scoring Integrity & Fair Play
ScoreBabu is engineered to preserve the integrity of grassroots and professional cricket:
- Single Operator Authority: Only one authorized Match Operator may record or alter deliveries for an active match at any given moment.
- Operator Transfers: Transfers of scoring write authority must be initiated and accepted through the verified operator handoff workflow.
- Anti-Tampering: Users may not exploit scoring corrections or device overrides to maliciously falsify match statistics, player records, or tournament standings.
- Fair Play Sanctions: Any deliberate falsification of official tournament scores may result in immediate revocation of scoring privileges and tournament disqualification.
4. Paid Services, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
ScoreBabu offers optional paid plans and services:
A. Subscriptions & Add-Ons
- Pro Scorers & Streamers: Recurring monthly or annual plans unlocking professional broadcast overlays, custom sponsor graphics, high-definition RTMP streaming, and advanced analytics.
- Tournament Organizers: Tiered licenses enabling multi-group leagues, automated bracket progression, and dedicated public tournament microsites.
B. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR) or applicable local currency prior to purchase.
- Applicable taxes (including Goods and Services Tax - GST) will be itemized on checkout and invoices.
- We reserve the right to revise subscription fees upon providing at least 15 days advance notice for existing subscribers.
C. Billing & Automatic Renewal
- Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Payments are securely processed via certified payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, Google Play Billing, Apple StoreKit).
- If payment fails on renewal, access to paid features will be suspended until a valid payment method is updated.
D. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account profile or the relevant app store subscription management screen.
- Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, with no subsequent renewals charged.
5. Live Streaming, User Content & Broadcast Rights
ScoreBabu provides powerful live streaming overlays and RTMP broadcasting tools. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Broadcasting Rights: You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, permits, and permissions to broadcast the live cricket matches, player likenesses, venue imagery, and any ambient or featured music.
- Content Standards: You will not stream content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, racially offensive, promotes illegal gambling, or violates applicable sports broadcast regulations.
- YouTube Terms: When streaming to YouTube using our integrated scorebug, you agree to abide by the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Platform Graphics: All scorebug graphics, animated lower-thirds, wagon wheel visualizers, and themes provided by ScoreBabu remain the intellectual property of FiveOne Digital.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- While our offline-first architecture is designed to prevent data loss, we are not liable for match data loss caused by hardware destruction, unauthorized device resets, or corrupted local storage.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted video streaming, as streaming reliability depends on third-party mobile network connectivity, cellular signal, and target server availability.
- In no event shall FiveOne Digital be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ScoreBabu in the preceding twelve (12) months.
7. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to ScoreBabu without prior notice if you breach these Terms of Use, engage in payment fraud or abusive chargebacks, or violate sporting integrity.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

You are never locked into unwanted charges. Subscriptions renew automatically only until cancelled by you. You may cancel at any moment from your account settings or app store subscriptions with zero termination penalties.
